Our Rental Policies
Rental periods:
4 Hour Rate - 4 Consecutive hours during store hours
Day Rate - 24 Consecutive hours
Week Rate - 7 Consecutive days
Monthly Rate - 4 Consecutive weeks
RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT
Availability:
While we have an extensive inventory, reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the item.
Pricing:
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Identification:
A valid Texas driver’s license and phone number are required. If driver’s license does not show a local (50 mile radius of White Oak) address, credit card may be required.
Insurance:
You are completely responsible for rented items after they leave. Our yard our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in your possession.
Credit:
Open Accounts are available. Please click on Resources in the menu bar to download application.
Payment:
Required at time rental item is picked up (excluding open accounts).
Party Rentals - At the time of reservation, we must have a signed reservation and a minimum of 25% of the total rental. All reservations remain a quote until payment is received. Reservations must be paid in full prior to pickup/delivery.
Deposit:
Rental customers may be required to leave a deposit on rented items (excluding open accounts). Deposit refunded on return of rental item.
Damage Waiver:
You are responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse, negligence of equipment. We automatically apply a Damage Waiver Fee of 12% (15% on heavy equipment) to all rental contracts which covers repair costs (limitations noted on contract).
Metered Equipment:
Rental charges are based on 9 hours of use during a 24-hour period, 45 hours per week or 180 hours per 4 week period. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.
Fuel:
Equipment is sent out full of fuel. We ask that it be returned that way or you will be charged for fuel used.
Tires:
The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats. If we are called for repairs, shop rate will apply.
Cleaning Fees:
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge may be charged if returned dirty.
Delivery and Pickup:
Typical delivery/pickup hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. If you require delivery outside of our normal delivery times an additional charge may be required. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery / pickup time. Please call the day before the delivery/pickup date to verify time.
All deliveries are made to a single location, ground level drop off point, unless previously arranged and do not include set-up or take down of equipment. If desired, other arrangements must be made prior to delivery or pick-up.
Please check and count all items with delivery person at time of delivery. The customer is responsible for all replacement costs and repair charges that are assessed on lost or damaged items. If no one is available to receive the equipment our count and assessment of equipment must be accepted. Shortage or damaged equipment must be reported prior to the use of equipment or the invoice quantities or rental rate will be considered received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to place equipment in the same order and location as it was delivered. If our driver cannot locate the equipment, get access to the equipment, or has to disassemble equipment for any reason, additional pick-up charge may be required for the return trip. We can usually accommodate special situations as long as we are aware of the situation.
If you prefer, you may pick up from or return equipment to our rental location.
Responsibility:
Responsibility for rental equipment remains with the customer from delivery/pick-up to return. All equipment should be protected from the weather and all possible precautions taken when leaving equipment unattended. Additional charges for replacement of missing or damaged equipment will apply.
